Common questions

How do I delete my account and data?

It's self-service — no need to email us. In the app: Settings → Account → Delete My Account. You can also do this from the website: sign in on My Account and choose delete there. Either way, this marks your account for deletion straight away and shows you the exact date it'll happen; you can cancel any time before then, and if you sign back in, the app asks whether to keep your account. 30 days after the request, an automated process permanently deletes your account and everything tied to it, including any uploaded photos. Deleting your account doesn't cancel a subscription bought through an app store, so cancel that in the store too. Prefer not to use either option? Email us at the address above and we'll action it directly instead.

I'm having a technical problem with the app

Tell us what you were doing when the problem happened, and — if possible — a screenshot. That helps us fix things faster.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You don't need us for this, and we don't take payments on this website or anywhere else. Plans can't be bought in the app at the moment. On Android, they'll be bought and managed through Google Play, so you'll cancel in Google Play: in the Play Store, tap your profile picture, then Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. On iPhone, they'll be bought and managed through the App Store. See the FAQ for the steps. Everyone who joins before plans go on sale has free access until 31 December 2026, so there's nothing to cancel until then.

I forgot my password

Use "Forgot your password?" on the sign-in screen — it emails you a reset code directly, no need to contact us.
